Dr. Peter C. Tlatelpa, Ph.D.

With numerous degrees underneath his belt and a coveted PhD, Peter is a cut above the rest and has a proven track record in helping buyers and sellers achieve their goal. The son of a respected Realtor in North Jersey, Peter was exposed to the intricacies of the real estate transaction at a very young age. With his degrees and personality, he found himself drawn to the sales world and initially began as a business developer in the Pharmaceutical industry. Here he learned the art of the business negotiation and became an expert at analyzing market trends.

 

This exposure laid the foundation for his transition into residential real estate and it was not long until Peter pursued real estate as a full time career. ​With a work ethic rarely seen in today's young  real estate brokers and a keen insight into the negotiation process, ​Peter​ get​s the best price on a property for a buyer or the maximum price a market can allow for a seller!

 

In his free time Peter enjoys teaching Chemistry to college students, playing his guitar and exercising!
